I’m Carlos Mendoza, founder and president of Bsns LLC – an organization dedicated to the simplification of business processes through intelligent automation.

Originally an Aerospace Engineer with Fairchild Republic and Grumman during the early 80’s, I moved into the world of IT and Telecommunications during the mid-80’s holding various senior positions at Contel Business Networks and CCMI McGraw-Hill. 

Most recently as a Partner and Chief Information Officer for Teldata Control Inc., my contributions were instrumental in creating an efficient, scalable and profitable organization.
Now know as Control Point solutions, it is the leading Telecom Expense Management firm with more than $7 billion in spend under management and over $1.5 billion in direct refunds, credits and annualized savings for their clients. 

A born problem-solver, my experiences working with literally hundreds of clients, including 4 of the fortune 10, over the last 18 years have honed my skills and enable me to provide real-world insight into the subtleties of process management and the best approaches to process automation.
